The name of the winery is a tribute to the founder's grandmother, who was also called "Andrée". Before creating the winery, Stéphane Erisée, worked with Antoine Foucault from Domaine du Collier. Domaine Andrée currently has 5 hectares of vineyard that it cultivates following the principles of organic farming.
TheCabernet Franc vineyards for Domaine Andrée Anjou Rouge are over 40 years old. Once vinified, the wine spends a few months in barrels to finish polishing, before going on sale.
