Château Haut Brion Blanc 2013 has a nose with aromas of grapefruit, honeysuckle, lemon peel with honey, walnut, floral elements and minerals. On the palate the wine is dense, balanced, lingering and sweet, with a finish that extends in a long and pleasant fashion.
Château Haut Brion Blanc 2012 is a wine whose nose and palate contrast. Its aromas announce a wine with great freshness. Citrus dominates and pink grapefruit invades. We therefore expect a lively wine. However, on entering the mouth it is unctuous, and is a very fatty and powerful wine. The vivacity, forgotten for a moment, returns at the end of the mouth to leave a great persistence. 2012 was a great vintage for Château Haut-Brion Blanc.
