Balma Reserva Brut Nature is a cava from the appellation of origin (D.O) Penedès produced by the winery Mas Bertram located in Sant Martí Sarroca (Barcelona).
Balma Reserva Brut Nature is produced from the varietals Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Perellada. The graped originate from old vines of about 40 years old.
During production, the grape is first destemmed and put though a selection process. After which, it is fermented in steel tanks at a temperature of 14-15ºC for 45 days.
Once finished with the vinification process, Balma Reserva Brut Nature is aged for 24 months on its lees.
