Characteristics of 1 mes 1 igual a 3 Brut Nature Especial Gran Reserva
Cava Brut Nature Especial Gran Reserva is a cava from the D.O. Cava made of Xarel·lo grapes (60%) from the estate La Pedrera and Pinot Noir grapes (40%) from the estate Mas Moió. The grape harvest took place when the grapes were in their best ripeness conditions. This cava has been produced by following the "champenoise" method (a sparkling wine production method carried out in the region of Champagne) which consists on conducting a second fermentation in the bottle.

Tasting notes 1 mes 1 igual a 3 Brut Nature Especial Gran Reserva
NoseFine and pleasant notes of ageing (royal jelly) which merge in deep and imaginative floral notes (orange blossom), giving way to endless sensations.TasteThe authenticity of the Xarel·lo grapes and the creativity of the Pinot Noir grapes are reflected in the mouth, thanks to the red fruit (fruits of the forest), which reminds us of the olfactory sensations that make us discover a creative and fresh cava with a singular aftertaste.
Cava was born under the constant shadow of its French counterpart, Champagne. However, produced over 1,200km away and a gap of over 100 years, Cava was always going to be a completely different product, even if produced using the same method and and sometimes with the same varieties. Firstly the climate and soil have a profound impact on the yields, while the plant strains that thrive here and completely different to those in the Champagne region. Fortunately, as more winemakers are becoming convinced of this, they are producing Cavas with their own personality, showing off the art of the second fermentation in the bottle like no other wine region in the world.
