Wrongo Dongo is a red wine from the D.O. Jumilla produced by Bodegas Volver. The winery was founded in 2004 by Rafael Cañizares, a renowned enologist in the area of La Mancha, and Jorge Ordoñez, a well-known importer of Spanish wines. All its vineyards are planted in a vase shape, and therefore agriculture is carried out traditionally with no machinery.

This wine has been made using Monastrell grapes from vines that are around 25 and 35 years old on land with a great deal of limestone. Temperature fluctuations are high - from 10º in the mornings to around 43º at midday.

The maceration and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 15 days and at a temperature below 27º to preserve all its aromas.

It is a young and very fruity wine, ideal for any time of the day.

Bodegas Volver is a young and innovative winery of the Jorge Ordoñez group with a presence in various denominations of origin in Spain. Ever since its foundation, Bodegas Volver has not stopped winning prizes and accolades. Its secret: to offer the consumer authentic wines that are faithful to their land of origin, but that are also rooted in modernity-- high quality wines for anyone's budget.

To speak of Jumilla wine is to really refer to the Monastrell grape variety. In recent years Jumilla has undergone an impressive transformation. Once used as concentrated and highly alcoholic wines to give strength to weaker wines from other regions, the wines from Jumilla have managed to change this reputation, now enjoying prestige from all over the world. Flavourful wines, with body and concentrated. As well as red wines, the region is also known for their rosés, again produced with the Monastrell variety.
