Characteristics Rovellats Premier Brut Nature

Real reviews from customers who have purchased this product

Rovellats Premier Brut Nature is a cava produced by Rovellats, a winery with the most tradition in Penedes.
This cava is a coupage of Macabeo and Parellada that undergoes its first fermentation at 13 ºC in stainless steel deposits and the second, instead, has the cavas situated 12 meters deep, also at a temperature of 13 ºC.
Rovellats seeks for a cava whose image is mostly modern perfection and for those people who land in the world of cava and are seeking affordable prices. However, it is also perfect for those searching for a cava that is soft and likeable, very fresh and fruity. This cava is easy to drink at any moment.

Cava was born under the constant shadow of its French counterpart, Champagne. However, produced over 1,200km away and a gap of over 100 years, Cava was always going to be a completely different product, even if produced using the same method and and sometimes with the same varieties. Firstly the climate and soil have a profound impact on the yields, while the plant strains that thrive here and completely different to those in the Champagne region. Fortunately, as more winemakers are becoming convinced of this, they are producing Cavas with their own personality, showing off the art of the second fermentation in the bottle like no other wine region in the world.
