The climate in the Toro region is continental and with Atlantic influences and arid character. As for the process, traditional barreling takes place in stainless steel tanks . Subsequently10 -15 days of fermentation occur at a controlled temperature of 25-27 ° C, with stirring 4 times per day for 20 minutes. Finally, this wine spends four months in American oak barrels (100 %) and three months in the bottle before reléase to the market. The bottles are placed in metal cages lying in a isolated vessel which does not exceed 16 ° C.
The palate is structured, comprehensive and persistent with toasty notes from the barrel and fruity notes. There is a good tannic.
The nose is clean and fresh. Green and ripe fruits with notes of new wood .
