Mas Candi Baudili is a natural vegan white wine made with Parellada and Xarel·lo grapes, by Mas Candí in the D.O. Penedès.

Mas Candí in an Alt Penedès winery formed by four young farmers with viticulture and oenology studies who decided to create their own wines with the grapes from the vineyards planted in their day by their grandparents. They work with native varieties and strive to recover other ones that have almost disappeared. They do not use chemical fertilizers, fungicides or pesticides.

The soils for Mas Candi Baudili are clay-calcareous. The grapes are cooled to 3-4 ºC to preserve the fruity aromas of the varieties, and are vinified together.

Mas Candi Baudili is a natural vegan wine, since no added sulphites or commercial yeasts have been used, and the agriculture practiced in the vineyards is organic and no animal proteins have been used to clarify the wine.
