Le Clos des Grillons Le Pic Gris is an organic, biodynamic and natural white wine, made on lees by Le Clos des Grillons with the Garnacha Blanca, Picpoul Gris and Bourboulenc varieties in the Rhône (France).

Le Clos des Grillons is the personal project of Nicolas Renaud, a professor of history and geography, who decided to leave the university in 2005 to completely focus on viticulture. He took on 18 hectares in the town of Gard, in the Rhone and with the support of the great natural wine master, Eric Pfifferling, he began to produce wonderful wines that express their birthplace.

Le Clos des Grillons Le Pic Gris comes from vines planted in different plots with limestone and sand soils. These vineyards are certified organic and biodynamic and are grown without chemical products, using homeopathic plant-based products instead. The harvest is carried out manually and carefully at the optimum point of ripeness.

In the winery, Le Clos des Grillons Le Pic Gris is vinified with minimal intervention. The Garnacha Blanca and Picpoul Gris varieties ferment in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts and the Bourboulenc ferments in neutral oak. The wine is racked and bottled by gravity and without any additives.

Le Clos des Grillons Le Pic Gris is a natural white wine that showcases the magnificent local terroir through completely organic work. A refreshing Rhone delight.
