La Maison Romane Marsannay Longeroies is a monovarietal Pinot Noir red wine from the AOC Côte de Nuits produced by Maison Romane.

Maison Romane is a young winery founded in 2005. The winery is run by Oronce de Beler and is installed in an old 16th century house. Oronce de Beler uses his Percherón horses to till the land, thus establishing a special bond with the vineyards he cultivates. He does not use chemicals and follows the principles of biodynamics to respect and farm his terroir. He vinifies following the phases of the moon and working by gravity at all times, without any mechanical pumping that might alter the wines.

La Maison Romane Marsannay Longeroies ferments in barrels with native yeasts, with the whole harvest remaining without destemming. Once fermented, the wine is aged for 15 to 19 months in French oak barrels from Tronçais. Oronce de Beler uses very few sulphites during the whole winemaking process for making this wine.

La Maison Romane Marsannay Longeroies is a red wine from Burgundy that is fruity and floral and with touches of ageing.
