Another great, tasty and fresh wine from
Clos Figueras, made of a blend similar to the blend of its eldest brother, the wine Clos Figueras. The grapes are manually harvested and undergo a selection in selection table when they arrive to the winery. They undergo a gentle winemaking process in 25hl vats with a daily cap punching. After two-week maceration, the wine is aged in 500l second year French oak barrels. Finally, it undergoes a light filtration before bottling.
It can be drunk now or aged for 10 years approximately.
