Delamotte Blanc de Blancs is a mature, harmonious and refined champagne. The nose reveals aromas of ripe white fruit with a touch of citrus, notes of pastries and slightly toasted. On the palate it is silky with a fine bubble, and with a lingering and subtle finish due to the distinguished mineral nature of this cuvee.

In 1988 it became associated with Champagne Salon and joined theLaurent Perrier group, while maintaining all its prestige intact, achieved in large part thanks to its Blanc de Blancs made with one of the best Chardonnays.
Delamotte Blanc de Blancs is a champagne made with Chardonnay from the best plots in the old vineyards, all of which are Gran Cru in the Champagne-Ardenne region.
The grapes are picked by hand, with fermentation being carried out with local yeasts in stainless steel vats. Before the second fermentation in the bottle, a coupage is performed with 10% reserve wine. The aging lasts a minimum of 48 months in bottle with the lees of the second fermentation.
