Real reviews from customers who have purchased this product

Château Haut-Beauséjour is a red wine coupage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot made by La Salle Saint Estèphe classified as an AOC Saint Estèphe Cru Bourgeois wine.

Château Haut-Beauséjour is the result of a collaboration between Chateau Picard and Chateau Beausejour. It is the second wine from Château de Pez and was acquired by Louis Roeder in 1995. The wines are distinctive and precise but dense and modest at the same time.

The Château Haut-Beauséjour vineyard covers an area of 20 hectares and the vines have an average age of 20 years old. The planting density is about 8,500 strains per hectare and they are harvested manually.

The Château Haut-Beauséjour is vinified and then aged for 12 months in barrels, 50% of which are new.

Château Haut-Beauséjour is a dense but ethereal Bordeaux with excellent aging potential but that can also be enjoyed young.
