Characteristics Cèrvoles Estrats

A new vintage of this red wine produced with a coupage of Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Merlot and Grenache in the D.O. Costers del Segre (Lleida).
Its vineyards grow at about 700 meters above sea level, an optimal height for protecting the aromas from extreme heat. The grapes were destemmed and cold macerated. The must was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, and the malolactic fermentation was carried out in new French oak barrels. The wine aged in these same barrels for a year and a half.

The palate is greedy, fat and impressive at the same time. Great concentration of ripe tannins that integrate greatly during the passage through the mouth. End with sweet memories of jams, some mocha and mineral notes. Elegant and pleasant persistence in the mouth of this great wine.

Ruby layer with purple tones. Very dense and colored tears.

Attractive, intense flavor, with the typical parade of Cérvoles (flower of lavender, thyme, rosemary, oak leaves). We discover in the background, light vanilla notes roasting, memories of cedar, and finally burst of wild berry (raspberry jam, blueberries) and cherry.
