Red wine Crianza. 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
Campo Viejo Crianza is a red wine from La Rioja made by the Campo Viejo winery. It is a blend of Tempranillo (85%), Graciano (10%) and Mazuelo (5%).
Once harvested, the grape is left to ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After, it undergoes maceration with its skin for around ten days. Campo Viejo Crianza ages for twelve months in American and French oak barrels. It refines for six months in the bottle before being sold.
