Nice attack, followed by a refreshing acidity and a wide unctuous texture that broadens this cava. Light-bodied but structured. Intense, fresh and fruity.

A pale yellow colour. Very bright with greenish reflections.

In Berdié Brut Nature Reserva fresh notes of green apple and lime stand out with nuances of pastries, notes of hazelnuts and yeasts, and a finish perfumed with white flowers.

Real reviews from customers who have purchased this product

Cavas Berdié is a young, dynamic and enthusiastic winery who make Reserva and Gran Reserva cavas. The ageing is carried out in the darkness and silence of their underground cave, which makes all the aromas balance and evolve resulting in the highest organoleptic qualities. Their cavas feature very complex aromas and are fresh, reflecting the identity of the earth.

Robert Jovani, for years it has produced high-quality champagne. In late 2006, makes way for their children in the small winery Berdié to devote himself exclusively to Priorat. Combining the art of traditional and modern viticulture enology, the brothers cellars Jovani create a new sensation, providing an overview of the latest culinary jewel of their land.
Cava was born under the constant shadow of its French counterpart, Champagne. However, produced over 1,200km away and a gap of over 100 years, Cava was always going to be a completely different product, even if produced using the same method and and sometimes with the same varieties. Firstly the climate and soil have a profound impact on the yields, while the plant strains that thrive here and completely different to those in the Champagne region. Fortunately, as more winemakers are becoming convinced of this, they are producing Cavas with their own personality, showing off the art of the second fermentation in the bottle like no other wine region in the world.
