From this heritage emerge ventures like Full Flap, a more liberated and relaxed approach to viewing a denomination as serious as its landscape, maintaining respect yet shedding rigidity.
 
Full Flap operates in a different register within Ribera: a blend of red varieties crafted separately, with a brief ageing in barrels that merely whispers of wood.
