Exquisitely sweet and viscous, with a velvety and silky mouthfeel, evoking sensations of sun-dried fruit. Expansive, refined, and harmonious.

Deep mahogany hue. Pristine and luminous.

Medium to high aromatic intensity, redolent of sun-dried fruit, complemented by herbaceous and toasted nuances.

About Fernando de Castilla Antique PX

Fernando de Castilla Antique PX is a sherry from the D.O. Jerez produced by the winery Rey Fernando de Castilla.

The winery, founded in 1927, is located in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz). Ferndando de Castilla Antique PX is made using Pedro Ximénez grapes.

As for the winemaking process, the grapes are pressed and left to ferment. It is fortified to 15%vol. Following the vinification process, Fernando de Castilla Antique PX is aged using the traditional ‘Solera’ method for 30 years. 

Exquisitely sweet and viscous, with a velvety and silky mouthfeel, evoking sensations of sun-dried fruit. Expansive, refined, and harmonious.
