Originating from the prestigious Finca Villacreces, in the heart of the Golden Mile of Ribera del Duero, Pruno comes from 82 hectares of estate-owned vineyards, where tinto fino and cabernet sauvignon thrive on sandy-loam soils at over 700 metres altitude. The vines, aged between two and three decades, are tended with precision and dedication. After a manual harvest and a double bunch selection, the grapes ferment meticulously before maturing for 10 months in French and American oak barrels, refining until they reach their characteristic harmony.
