About Atlantis Albariño

Atlantis Albariño is a white wine from the Rías Baixas region, crafted by the winery Maetierra. As its name suggests, it is a single-varietal wine made from Albariño.

The area's temperatures are mild and moderated. However, abundant rainfall is a constant feature.

The vineyards from which Atlantis Albariño originates are located in the Condado de Tea, very close to the Miño river. The soils are sandy with a granitic subsoil.

The harvest is carried out manually using plastic crates. Once at the winery, the grapes are pressed and selected.

After obtaining the must, an alcoholic fermentation process begins in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature of 18°C.

Atlantis Albariño finally undergoes a racking process to separate the lees. Before bottling, this wine is cold stabilized and filtered.

Atlantis Albariño is part of the Atlantis wine collection produced by Vintae. The project, led by the renowned oenologist Raúl Acha, aims to produce Atlantic wines through a meticulous selection of vineyards from different appellations.

2023

Atlantis Albariño 2023 is a light and refreshing white wine. On the nose, it features aromas of green apple and peach, accompanied by a subtle citrus hint. On the palate, it presents a balanced acidity and a clean, fresh finish. It is an ideal choice for those seeking an easy-to-drink white wine with a moderate aromatic profile.
2021

Atlantis Albariño 2021 is a crisp white wine. Olfactorily, it is exceedingly vibrant and enduring, redolent with green apple and tropical fruits (pineapple). On the palate, it is extensive, glyceric and tenacious, complemented by impeccable acidity. Utterly delightful.
2014 Wide and perseverant, very good body and acidity. A very pleasant and attractive wine.

Lemon yellow, clean and bright.

Intense and persistent, aromas of green apple and pineapple.
