One hundred and fifty years is not an everyday milestone! That's why Anís del Mono has seized the occasion and is celebrating in grand style with Anís del Mono Dulce 150 aniversario Edición de Lujo. 
 
The origins of the brand (linked with Modernism) and the original recipe (created by Vicente Bosch) are the two strong points that inspire this luxury edition, of which only about 3,000 bottles have been produced. Anís del Mono Dulce 150 aniversario Edición de Lujo is crafted from the double distillation of the most exclusive selection of matalahúva aniseed grown in the south of Spain. This process is carried out in original 1870 copper stills, achieving the utmost purification of the essential oils. Finally, demineralised water and beet sugar are the two ingredients that will ultimately define the very special character of this anise.
