About Abstinence Cape Floral

The origin of this beverage can be traced back to the minds of Pierre Strydom and Stefan Coetzee, two friends who clearly saw that the future lies in alcohol-free drinks. However, through personal experience, both discovered that many of these concoctions lacked the right flavour, with the difference between them and their alcoholic counterparts being all too apparent. The solution lay in the ingredients and botanicals, which needed to be of the highest quality, and the ideal location for this was the Cape Floral Kingdom region in the western part of South Africa. Nevertheless, this is not all, as a proper production process is also essential. In the case of Abstinence Cape Floral, each of the ingredients and botanicals is distilled in small batches through hydrodistillation. Thanks to this process, in which components are separated based on their varying boiling points, the essential oils that are subsequently used in the production are obtained.
