About Puerto de Indias Strawberry Gin

Puerto de Indias Strawberry is an andalucian gin that stands out for the juxtaposition of the strong alcoholic contet with the soft shades of strawberry.

Produced in the small town of Carmena, close to Seville, Puerto de Indias Strawberry is the result of hard work of a small company, lead by José Antonio and Francisco Rodríguez, which is growing rapidly.

The secret behind Puerto de Indias Strawberry rests in the production process: leaving the strawberries to macerate with the alcohol. Also, copper stills that are over 130 years old are used the various processes carried out during the production of the gin.

The strawberries used for Puerto de Indias Strawberry are also of a high quality. They are taken from a co-operative in Lepe, a town close to Huelva.
