About Petit Siós Blanc

Petit Síos Blanc is a D.O. Costers del Segre white wine produced by Costers del Sió.
This wine is a coupage of viognier, chardonnay and muscat. The manual harvest takes place during the coolest hours of the morning. Later, this wine is stored in a refrigerated room for 48 hours. It is cold macerated and gently pressed. It finally ferments at 14-15ºC for 18 days.

2013 Fresh and balanced on the palate with a correct acidity that renders it lively. Fruity with a pleasant finish.

Yellow. Clean and bright.

Good aromatic intensity with prominent fruit notes (grapefruit, peach, pineapple…) with pleasant floral notes.
