About Marta Passió Reserva Brut

Marta Passió Brut Reserva is a cava produced by Ramon Canals from Cavas Duran.

This cava is a coupage of Macabeo, Parellada, Xarel·lo and a small percentage of Garnacha. The grapes are grown on vines that are located at an altitude less than 300 metres high, on plots with poor soil in organic material.

As for the production, the vinification is done separately in stainless steel deposits used only to obtain the must through soft pressing. Later, each variety undergoes a separate fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel deposits.

2021

Marta Passió Reserva Brut 2021 is a pale pink cava, with fine, slow-moving bubbles. On the nose, it stands out for its freshness, featuring aromas of white fruits such as pear and apple, as well as notes of red fruits like strawberry. There are also ageing nuances that add complexity and elegance. On the palate, it is balanced and flavourful, with a crisp and creamy texture. Its bubbles are well-integrated, offering a long and elegant finish.                       
 
2012 On the palate it is fresh, full of flavour, soft, elegant and delicate; we can appreciate herbaceous sensations and white fruit with citric notes. The second level is the red fruit. The final taste is creamy and fresh; quite persistent.

Pale pink colour

On the nose, there are herbaceous notes with white fruit and an intriguing touch of red fruit. Light toasted notes.
