About French Bloom Le Blanc

One is the director of the Michelin Guide; the other is a top model who travels the world for work. Both encountered a career obstacle: they had to drink alcohol, but neither could. Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger, who was pregnant with twins, didn't know how to pair the dishes she had to taste; Constance Jablonski couldn't stay teetotal at all the events she attended for work. Finally, after a Pilates class, they found the solution: to create a non-alcoholic wine of the highest possible quality. Both, in one way or another, felt sidelined. And thus, French Bloom and its French Bloom Le Blanc were born.

In their portfolio, French Bloom Le Blanc stands out, a white wine made from Chardonnay grapes organically grown in the Languedoc region in the south of France. The grapes from this area are chosen for their sun exposure and the quality they achieve. Its highly characteristic acidity ensures that during the dealcoholisation process, the aromas and flavours are preserved. This process, perhaps the most crucial for French Bloom Le Blanc, is carried out under the guidance of Rodolphe Frerejean-Taittinger, who advocates for vacuum alcohol extraction at less than 32°C, achieving slow evaporation without boiling the wine.
