Features

With this new vintage, this white wine from Mallorca is confirmed as one of the most original and surprising wines from the island.
It is made of red Callet grapes and white Premsal grapes, a blend rarely used. After a manual harvested and a selection of the grapes, they are quickly chilled with dry ice. The Premsal undergoes a 10-12 hour cold maceration. After being crushed, the juice is fermented and rests on its lees for 4 months in concrete tanks.
Limited production.

Color

Clear, bright and attractive pale yellow colour with steely reflections.

Nose

Delicate and intense aromas of white fruit with many citrus and some subtle notes of tropical fruits interspersed with smoky aromas and nuts. Intense and pleasant mineral background.

Flavour

Wine with a very nice and fresh attack and a dry, flavorful, complex and fresh mid palate. The notes of fruit are still noticed along with the saline aromas and a slightly piquant hint that provides the wine with a very different character. Balanced wine with a good acidity and a nice long but not very persistent finish.
