Features

Vallegarcia Viognier is a unique wine in Spain. Complex, elegant and amazing for all who try it for first time.
After 12 hours of stacking, made a cold maceration (8º). 70% of the must do a controlled fermentation in tanks at 15 º and 30% performed the fermentation and aging on the lees for four months and a half. Aging for 5 months in French oak barrels and rest in the bottle 12 moths.

Color

Attractive and bright gold color with green hues.

Nose

Intense and aromatic with notes of fruit, fresh herbs, white flowers and light notes of pastry.

Flavour

Fresh and unctuous on the palate with structure and filling palate. Sensations appear tropical fruit, stone fruit, herbaceous, lactic and smoked. Elegant final with notes of wood.

Perfect harmony of a wine with touches of herbs, tomato and toasted, good acidity and long finish. Without any doubt, a wine to be served with a vegetable ratatouille on romesco sauce and tomato and thyme oil.
