The Vallegarcía Payment Viognier is a wine unique in Spain. Complex, elegant and surprising for all to prove it first. It is paradoxical to speak of a white wine with structure and character in an area where the target was never prominent. They were pioneers in Spain in planting, processing and marketing of a wine made with 100% Viognier. This wine is evolving, as determined by the peculiarity of each vintage that requires production and aging in barrels specified in each vintage.

Nose
Complex and elegant nose with sensations of exotic fruit, smoky, balsamic, spicy, notes of pastry and herbs.
Flavour
Unctuous in the mouth with the right acidity and structured envelope. Marked by a long final notes of wood.
