Rua Blanco is the big surprise of Parker scores this year.
This white wine is produced by the Cooperative Virgen de las Viñas with the varieties Palomino, Godello and Doña Blanca. Each of these varieties was harvested and fermented separately. This wine rested on its lees for 3 months. Once finished, the blend was made and the wine was bottled.
A simple, straightforward, uncomplicated wine but well elaborated and with a different blend.
Color
Bright straw yellow colour with greenish reflections.
Nose
Its intense floral aromas dominate over the notes of fruit and a subtle mineral touch.
Flavour
Light, soft, dry and fresh wine with an unctuous mid palate, full of fruit and floral aromas more balanced than in the nose. Low acidity and right finish.
