Features
Very elegant and very expressive white wine from the Terra Alta with a very personal character.
It is made of Garnacha Blanca and Macabeo from old low yield vines planted more than 60 years ago on fossil sand. The winemaking takes place separately. The wine is fermented in new 500 l French oak barrels, where it will stay for 8 months.
An excellent wine perfect for any special moment. A pleasure!
Color
Attractive, very clean and bright yellow color with golden reflections.
Nose
Intense and complex aromas with a marked mineral character mixed with abundant notes of white and green fruit and subtle touches of flowers and spices. Its subtle background of smoky and toasted aromas wrap the whole bouquet.
Flavour
Powerful, intense and elegant wine. It is dry and creamy and has a long, very silky and oily mid palate. The notes felt on the nose are noticed again but very balanced. Very good acidity that gives a good freshness to the wine. Long and very persistent finish.
