Features
Rueda wine made of grapes from vines aged of more than 50 years and located at high altitude, at about 800-900m, which support a tough climate.
Slightly cold maceration after which the grapes are gently pressed. Fermentation takes 20 days. After a racking, the wine remains in steel tanks on the lees for about two months.
Color
Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Clean and bright.
Nose
Good and intense aromas of fresh tropical fruits on a good herbal and floral background.
Flavour
Very fresh wine with a soft and creamy palate and presence of very ripe fruits. Good acidity. Long finish with a pleasant hint of a subtle bitterness. A varietal wine.
