Features
Excellent and very elegant Albariño wine. It stands out for its long ageing process. Such as its name suggests, it is bottled in its third year. After its fermentation in steel tanks, in which it rests for 30 months, out of which the first 6 months it is aged on fine lees.
Its production is limited to 5,300 bottles. Numbered bottles.

Color
Bright straw yellow colour with golden reflections. Slightly unctuous.
Nose
Elegant and refined, complex and very expressive aromas, with a great intensity. Its expressive notes of ripe stone fruit are released along with marked citrus aromas, hints of nuts, herbs and creamy notes. Mineral background.
Flavour
This wine with its own character has a wide and elegant attack, with lots of volume. It has a creamy, tasty and fresh mid palate, in which the complex aromas felt on the nose are very well balanced. Great acidity and a long and lingering finish with nice creamy feelings.
