Features
Good white wine from the Rias Baixas which shows a new image on the occasion of its tenth anniversary.
It is made of Albariño grapes selected both in the vineyard and in the winery. Once the grapes are destemmed, the wine undergos a cold maceration for 6-8 hours in the stainless steel tanks where it undergoes its alcoholic fermentation. Finally, before being bottled, the wine is aged for one month in the bottle.
A very characteristic and very tasty wine.
Color
Pale yellow colour with steely edges. A clean and bright wine.
Nose
Intense and pleasant aromas, in which the notes of white and yellow fruit, with aromas of melon, is released along with fresh citrus hints on a an intense herbal background.
Flavour
Very fresh and very tasty wine with a lively and creamy mid palate, full of notes of fruit and with a good acidity. It has a long finish, which leaves a grassy aftertaste. A very nice, intense and easy-drinking wine.

Rice with fish , Grilled Seafood , Grilled white fish , Baked white fish
Fresh and very mineral wine with intense aromas. Its notes of ripe fruit are released along with exotic touches. I would pair this Valmiñor with a dish of clams made in the oven with balsamic Pedro Ximenez and apple balsamic vinegar.
