Features
This Albariño white wine has excelled in its third vintage thanks to a more selective elaboration which has also led to a lower production.
It is made of grapes from old vines aged of more than 75 years, located in highlands. They were very thoroughly harvested after a strict selection. The fermentation takes place in steel tanks, where it stays for a few months before bottling.
A wine that can already be drunk or aged for one or two years more.
A very personal and round wine. As its name says, there are no words (sin palabras) to describe it.
Color
Very clean and bright pale straw yellow colour. Crystalline.
Nose
Intense and very pleasant aromas. The notes of very fresh white fruites are released along with a touch of yellow stone fruit and citrus notes on a delicate herbal background.
Flavour
Good entry, with a long journey very tasty and very fresh thanks to the tasty fruits, herbaceous and a lively acidity. Silky texture. Well structured and balanced wine with a long and persistent finish.
