Features

New white wine, which results from Miquel Gelabert's great curiosity and love for the grapes and the earth.
It is made of a highly original blend of Muscat and Riesling. Both varieties start the winemaking process separately and undergo a fermentation in steel tanks. 30-40% of the wine is fermented in French oak barrels where it will stay for approximately 4 months. This wine also stays for a short time in the bottle.
Limited production: 3,250 bottles.
A very tasty, elegant wine to be enjoyed at any occasion. As stated in its name, a sweet mellow (Golós in Catalan) white wine.

Color

Attractive yellow colour with greenish reflections. Very bright and clean.

Nose

Very aromatic nose with a wide range of intense and elegant fruity notes, mixed with subtle touches of wood, notes of nuts and creamy spices. Very seductive aromas.

Flavour

Intense, fresh, creamy and mellow, but dry wine, not sickly. Very good attack in which the notes felt in the nose become very structured and well balanced. An excellent acidity is also noticed. Dense, full bodied wine with a long and persistent finish.
