One of the best wines to discover this variety. An elegant, intense wine with the personality of the Sauvignon Blanc.
It undergoes a maceration with its skins for 6-12 hours and then ferments in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16°C. After the fermentation it rests on its fine lees for approximately three weeks.

Intense bright straw yellow colour with waxey reflections. Clean and slightly gliceric.
Very intense aroms of the Sauvignon Blanc. Abundant notes of citrus, exotic and tropical fruits are released on a powerful herbal background.
Fresh and tasty wine, with a nice light, dense and fruity palate and a nice background of fresh herbs. Very good acidity and balance. Good finish leaving citrus sensations.
