Features
"In the elaboration of this wine, our philosophy was to take advantage of old vines and of the local peasants' old traditions. We call it an acustic wine, with no electricity, which claims and looks back to its origins and the value of traditional viticulture against the "globalisation" of all those modern wines covered by makeup and pervaded by current technologies.
We aim to turn back to our roots and to the imperfection of autoctonism, expressing the deepest environment of these untamed vineyards located in the surroundings of the majestic mountains of Montsant.

This winery produces fine, elegant and personal wines that express the characteristics of our old vineyards in a natural way.
Natural presentation which expresses an abstract representation that reminds of a stringed acoustic instrument (cello or acoustic guitar) or a imperfect black grape with the lively violet reflections of the wine... depending on the acoustic sense of each one."
Albert Jané, oenologist and owner of the winery Acústic.
White wine from Montsant made of an original blend. After the harvest and the selection by hand, the grapes undergo a maceration with the skins for two days at very low temperatures. After a light pressing, the fermentation takes place. 70% of the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks for about 2 months and is left to stay for some more time. The remaining 30% undergoes maceration in French oak barrels for 4 months. Finally, the final blend is made.

Color
Pale yellow with clear borders. Very bright. Glyceric, with abundant tears.
Nose
Intense and elegant aromas. The notes of white and tropical fruit and citrus are mixed with floral and herbal aromas on a creamy background of refined toasted hints.
Flavour
Nice attack. Good presence of fruit and flowers. Unctuous, fleshy and very fresh mid palate. Very good acidity. Long and lingering finish with a herbal aftertaste.
A round and well-bodied white wine.
