Features
The winery Pazos del Rey produces wines which have the potential of local traditional grape varieties. Its wines are produced under the direction of the Australian oenologists Nick Hatherly and Josephine Perry. Combining tradition and technology, they have achieved extraordinary and elegant wines.
Pazo de Monterrey is the result of a selected harvest and a very careful production.
Color
Pale straw yellow colour with bright reflections. Clean.
Nose
Nice aromas among which the notes of white and bone fruit are released along with subtle floral aromas. When it opens up the fresh notes of herbs appear on a good mellow background with hints of citrus.
Flavour
Elegant and tasty white wine from Monterrei with a silky and creamy texture. Excellent and well balanced acidity and a very good, long and persistent finish which leaves fruity sensations and a saline and bitter touch.
A very tasty and enjoyable round wine.
