One of the most original wines that are produced nowadays. It is made of two varieties from Central Europe that have adapted particularly well to Baldomar's microclimate.
The result is this Cristiari white wine, of extraordinary elegance and aromas.
It can be stored for one year.

Tasting report Cristiari Jove Blanc 2010

Color

Straw yellow colour with thin greenish trims. Very bright and clean. Slippery legs.

Nose

Intense floral aromas (rose and white flowers) with some hint of citrus and milk. Subtle notes of fresh herbs.

Flavour

Soft, silky and smooth mid palate with intense flavours and a note of tropical fruit. Very long and persistent with a good touch of bitter.
A very elegant white wine.
