Features
White wine from Costers del Segre made of Chardonnay and Macabeo. It is fermented on its lees with regular stirrings (battonage) and aged in new French and American oak barrels for 7-8 months.
Color
Straw yellow colour with golden reflections. Clean and bright wine with dense tears.
Nose
Intense and sweet aromas. Its abundant notes of tropical fruit with white fruit and citrus give way to dry and spicy notes, reminiscent of the oak. In the background, mellow nuances and smoky notes are also noticed.
Flavour
A wine with a good and bulky attack and a tasty, even sweety mid palate with a smooth and creamy texture. It shows a good and balanced acidity and a good finish rather long, which leaves nice creamy tosted aromas.
