White wine from Costers del Segre made of Sauvignon Blanc (55%) and Macabeo (45%). With the flower must, the fermentation takes place in steel tanks at 16°C.

Pale yellow with green reflections. Clean and bright.
Nose
Strong character, typical of the varieties included in the blend of this white wine by Castell del Remei. It shows abundant notes of tropical fruit and citrus along with vegetable hints which give way to aromas of white flowers and an intense and pleasant aroma of fennel and anise.
Flavour
Wide and sweet attack. Good presence of the notes of fruit. Surprising acidity that provides it with freshness. Balanced wine. Slightly bitter. Persistent and pleasant finish with a bitter aftertaste.
