Features

Elegant and different white wine from Bierzo made with the local varieties Godello and Doña Blanca from low density vineyards (3000 vines per hectare). This implies a very limited production. Godello vines are aged of 20 years and Doña Blanca's are aged of more than 55 years.
A powerful, very aromatic and fresh wine.

Color

Pale yellow with waxen edges. Clean and bright wine with unctuous tears.

Nose

Intensely aromatic wine with lots of notes of fresh fruit (white fruits, stone fruits, tropical fruit and citrus). When it opens up, herbal notes are displayed with strength providing the wine with a good freshness. Milky and delicate spicy hints are also noticed on its elegant mineral background.

Flavour

Good and intense attack with a tasty, smooth and very fresh mid palate. Its notes of fruit and herbs gain in intensity, although they stay very balanced. Marked but pleasant acidity and a very nice good finish.
A different, very suggestive and rich wine.

    This wine is made of Godello and Doña Blanca, two local varieties. This straw yellow coloured wine is clean and bright and has large, aromatic fruity aromas on an interesting background with a slightly herbal finish and a touch of minerals typical of Atlantic wines. In the palate the first plunge shows the power of the land of Bierzo. It is fresh, powerful and balanced, and leaves a clean and elegant finish. Highly recommended for all kind of rice dishes that we will enjoy this spring.
