Features

White wine from Alella made of Chardonnay grapes from vineyards grown according to the principles of organic farming.

After a selected harvest, the wine is elaborated. Only the free-run juice obtained after a light pressing is used in its elaboration. It is fermented in French oak barrels from Allier where it stays for 4 months.

Color

Clean and bright pale yellow colour.

Nose

Good intensity aromas with perfectly balanced notes of tropical fruits that dominate on the hints of stone fruits and citrus and the aromas of vanilla and coconut provided by oak. Light grassy bottom.

Flavour

Tasty, fresh, dry and light wine with an oily, unctuous texture. The notes of fruit give way to the floral aromas and the creamy wooden notes. Good acidity and a long finish.
A soft and elegant Chardonnay wine.
