Features

White wine made entirely from Chardonnay. Then, by a slight pressure to get the most, is fermented in new French oak barrels from Allier at a constant temperature of 15 º C, with a further 4 months of aging.

Color

A pale yellow color, bright.

Nose

We found aromas of citrus and white fruit with light notes of vanilla.

Flavour

It is tasty, with mild notes of wood, dry and cool.
