Features
The new rose wine from Bodegas Iniesta is a surprise.
It is made of an original blend of the local grape variety, Bobal, and Syrah from vineyards from vines aged of 10-30 years planted at 700-800 m altitude.
The harvest took place in late September. This wine fermented with selected yeasts for 21 days and was macerated for 21 days.
A very fresh and tasty wine.
Color
Pale but lively strawberry colour with violet reflections. Clean and bright wine.
Nose
Its intense aromas of fresh red fruit are released intermingled with subtle and aromatic floral notes. Perfectly harmonious.
Flavour
Very intense, fresh and soft wine with a maximum expression of red fruit. Its very good acidity freshens the wine. Good and very persistent finish.

Muy agradable, se bebe fácilmente. Notas frutales. Muy recomendable con paella.
