Features

Young Rosé Wine from Castilla-Leon produced by the winery Dostares with an old winemaking method.
It is made with grapes from vines older than 90 years located at 800-900 m altitude planted with the double cordon trained system.
After the harvest, the grapes are manually selected in the cellar and the winemaking starts. During fermentation, whole grape clusters are added in percentage of 5% of the total amount of wine elaborated. This method is known as "Madrean".
The result is a very intense young and fresh wine.

Color

Intense and bright raspberry red colour.

Nose

An explosion of notes of fresh and ripe red fruits is displayed along with hints of flowers and minerals. Very intense.

Flavour

Powerful attack and a fresh and very tasty slightly warm mid palate. The red fruit still has a high presence. Balanced acidity and good finish.
A very lively and cheerful fresh and very sweet wine.
