Features Enate Rosado 2011

A rosé wine from Somontano made of Cabernet Sauvignon from the winery's own vineyards. The grapes were manually harvested and destemmed and the wine is obtained by bleeding. It is macerated with the skins and fermentation at low temperatures.
An intense, tasty and full-bodied rose wine.

Tasting report Enate Rosado 2011

Color

Bright, intense and clean raspberry colour with bluish edges and thin tears.

Nose

Wine with a marked varietal character and intense red fruit which takes centre stage. The notes of fruit are fresh, with lots of strawberries and great sweet touches reminiscent of candies. Very subtle spicy notes.

Flavour

Fresh, tasty and enjoyable wine with marked notes of sweet red fruit which dominate its wide and very fresh mid palate. A wine with an excellent acidity and a long finish with a good persistence.
