Features
Very different rosé of than we are used to. This difference is due to its blend as for its intense and long aging in wood. This rosé is the only one with Gran Reserva category.
Made from selected grapes from four farms of their own. Aged for four years in French oak barrels with two rackings a year. Clarification with fresh eggs. It rests in the bottle for some years.
This wine is only produced in years when the state of the grapes is very good to do all this long process.

Color
Onion skin, velvety, with hints of progress towards tile.
Nose
Fresh and very persistent. Little presence of fruit (a bit of ripe fruit and licorice), with notes of wood and light touches good crops, floral and anise.
Flavour
Fresh and smooth, with body and complexity considering its barrel aging. Elegant and balanced, has a long lingering finish with a slight bitterness at the end.
Very dry wine.
