Features Muga Rosado 2011
Nice, fresh and dry rosé wine, made of the typical local varieties (Grenache, Viura and Tempranillo). It is elaborated with destemed grapes by bleeding. The wine is fermented in wooden vats in which it rests on its lees for two months. Once stabilised and filtered, the wine is bottled.
Tasting report Muga Rosado 2011
Color
Clean, pale and very bright salmon colour. Almost crystalline.
Nose
Its intense notes of fresh and acid fruits, including red fruits, some stone fruits such as peaches and some exotic fruit such as passion fruit, are mixed with its delicate floral aromas. Amazing background of wooden notes.
Flavour
Very pleasant, fresh and light Rioja rosé wine. It shows a good attack with the aromas felt on the nose which are present from the fist sip. Its aromas are intense and mellow. Soft and dry mid palate, with a very good and balanced acidity. Long finish, which leaves floral and some very ripe fruit aromas.
